Made using mainly hand tools, Jim’s stools /side tables are available in a variety of native hardwoods. These individual pieces are made from trees felled during the storms of 1987 which have been stored in a barn next to his workshop in Suffolk for the past 30 years.Each one has been shaped by hand to reveal the natural grain and character of the timber. Made from EnglishOak, the legs are planed to a tapered octagonal shape from English walnut fixed with traditional oak wedges.
